(Phasors, Instantaneous parameters, monthly consumption, tamper event/load survey report, detailed analysis report etc) shall be provided in hard copy as well as in soft copy to EDD Kashipur in same month work of doing Meter Reading by Mobile app (Provided by UPCL) and generation of bills of KCC Consumer shall also be done under Electricity Distribution Division Kashipur. (Cost of Manpower engaged, Vehicle utilize, fuel expenditure, Paper soft media like CD/Pen drive/Hard Disk etc. Shall be included). Image of reading, Snap of meter also to be provided by contractor.
