Repair of thrust collar (Mirror disc) of turbine shaft by welding machining then grinding and maintained thickness of the mirror disc of collar exactly as per drawing and should be 15 mm. The distance from collar to collar of the shaft should be 160.40 mm. Repair of stainless steel sleeve ( where shaft seal is fixed ) by proving minor cut with the help of lathe machine to remove the ups and down on the surface of stainless steel sleeve .
