It shall be deemed that the contractor has made himself well aware and ascertained the condition of these items whether he inspects them or not. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be admissible by the Government. The mode of measurement shall be same as for the work to executed. tenderers are requested to verify the condition of the materials, any dispute arises at later stage will not be entertained. (c) The items as indicated in Schedule of credit shall be the property of the contractor. The total amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted from total of Schedule „A' [BOQ] to arrive at Contract Sum. (d) The rates inserted under Column 5 are firm and the contractor shall have no claim what so ever against the department if the actual value of dismantled materials turns out to be different from the cost given by the department.
