Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 10 units of of 8.5 TR air cooled condensing machine (only outdoor unit ) with single circuit, having capacity as mentioned below. suitable for operation on green refrigerant (R-410) comprising of scroll type compressor which is hermetical ceiled, complete with automatic capacity, safety switches, lubrication system, squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 415+- 10% volts 50hz ac supply and control panel complete with accessories machine isolation valve and accessories to interconnect compressor and condenser including pressure testing, vacuumizing necessary starters suitable for compressor motor complete with o/l relay uv, ov incomer mcb single phase preventor, top up of refrigerant gas r410a as per site requirements of condensing unit etc complete as required with the charging of additional Gas,supply & Fixing of of MS, powder coated Floor Mounting Stand preventor with all equipment as per the recommendation of the OEM & the site requirement as per the technical approval of the engineer designated by the NNGJ (Make: Daikin) (Bidder must submit the authorisation from the OEM of the AC system ODU & AHU confirming spares/service support during the period of this CAMC).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5 units of double skin factory fabricated ceiling suspended Air Handling Units of 15 TR Capacity, with 6000 CFM, made of 19 mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized gi casing of 0.6mm thickness outside layer & plane gi of 0.6mm thick inside layer with puf insulation of density 32kg/m3 factory injected completed with blower section forward curved plug fan of 50mm wc static pressure ,4 row deep cooling section only with aluminium finned copper tubes , filter section pre filter, AHU unit e connected with existing duct system with suitable canvas connection etc. all equipment as per the recommendation of the OEM & the site requirement as per the technical approval of the engineer designated by the NNGJ (Make: Daikin).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19mm/13mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor and outdoor units as per specifications, as per the technical approval of the engineer designated by the NNGJ

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of XLPE/PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Un-armoured/armoured Power/control cables between each set of indoor and outdoor units and all other associated electrical equipments as per the technical Approval of the engineer designated by the NNGJ

Note :- 1. Ac Maintenance of Sabhasad Bhawan done by Firm 8 Job per year & 24 Job for 3 Year.

Providing & Fixing of IS : 4985 - 2000 Class Centralised VRV AC Remote of all equipment as per the recommendation of the OEM & the site requirement as per the technical approval of the engineer designated by the NNGJ (Make: Daikin).
