| 5 | Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification Clause 504 complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 one hunderd-one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder 54 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine) complete in all respects |
| 7 | Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba. Similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, Transporting, unloading to approved Monicipal dumping ground for lead upto 10km. Foe lalleafts, complete as per dierection of Engineer- in Charge.according to the CPWD specification and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site including prescribed dumping charges to be arranged by the contractor himself to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work wise mechanical means and labour (if required) all useful material such as stones,shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the meximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all respect including all incidental charges:- All kinds of soil.. |
