Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and Laying 20 cm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 50 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints finished flush complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as directed by engineer in charge

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 one hunderd-one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder 54 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine) complete in all respects Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
