| 1 | Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Hard Roack blasting prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required).All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation the usefull stones as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. | 5 | Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of tables 300.2 for subgrade consturction as per entire satisfaction including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 6 | Providing and laying spreading and compacting stablised base layer as per MORTH specification including premixing the material with water of OMC in Mechancial mix plant mixing all aggregates and approved stabilizer developed by CRRI in correct proportion strictly as per job mix formula and carriage of mix material by tippers to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge and technical team of CRRI. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. |
| 7 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 8 | Providing laying of surface dressing course consisting of a layer of bitumonus binder, followed by a cover of crushed stone chipping, 9.50mm nominal size @ 0.008cum per square meter nominal size, with bitumen emulsion RS-I at the rate of bitumen Emulsion @ 1.40kg (at the rate one decimal four zero kilogram) per square meter of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base and rolling complete with three wheel roller 80-100 Kn static roller finished to required level and grade as per MORD technical specification clasue 507 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 10 | Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 275 kg ./sqm ( Two hundred Seventy five kilogram/square metre) on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 11 | Providing and laying Porous hot bituminous mix as per grading of IRC SP 125:2019 with Drum/batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes as hour using crushed aggreagates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.1 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect and then cooling to air temperature Subsequently then grouting through cementitious material to ensurre full depth grouting for CGBM layer (40mm) as per job mix formula developed by CRRI in all leads and lifts as per direction of Enginner-in-Charge. and Supervising team.
