Disconnecting the engine from base and alternater, labour for dismantling of the top section for overhauling including replacement of worn out parts and then re-installing, re-connecting with alternator including testing for satisfactory running to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed of the capacity of 125KVA DG Set.

Note: (i) Worn out parts required to be replaced/machine work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Dismantling as per site requirement of repair and any minor parts required for making the DG set fully operational and not mentioned in subsequent item is deemed to be included in rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement piston with guggan pin and locks for DG set of capacity 125KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement Cylinder liner with inner ring for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement Piston ring for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement 'O' ring sets for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement Inlet/ Exhaust valve pair for DG set of capacity 62.5/63KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement copper head gasket for DG set of capacity 62.5/63KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement valve guide for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement valve spring with oil kit for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement water pump repair kit for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement Hose pipe joint for DG set of capacity 125KVA.

Supply and fixing rubber coupling as per existing suitable for 125KVA. DG Set with nuts bolts & washer which ever be required at site.
