(iii) Under-Counter Cabinet Module — Storage drawers, refrigerator bays & glass racks, with overall dimenson as front bar counter of 3600mm x 600mm x 1050mm, Back bar counter of 3600mm x 400mm x 2100mm and Under counter section of 3600mm x 550mm x 870mm. The main frame shall be fabricated from 40 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm thick MS (Mild Steel) hollow square sections and seasoned teak/hardwood sub-frame.The frame shall be welded / jointed, ground smooth, and treated with anti-rust primer before cladding. All joints shall be reinforced with gusset plates / corner brackets for added rigidity. External cladding shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated commercial MDF / BWP-grade plywood with high-gloss finish. Colour/finish shall be as directed by GE(I). Bottom kick-plate should be 100 mm high SS (Stainless Steel) 304 / powder-coated aluminium toe guard. The countertop shall be 20mm thick polished granaite stone slab with round edge with 150 mm for knee clearance overhang on guest side. Back bar display unit shall consist of 3 tiered shelves in toughened glass shelves (10 mm thick) with chrome / SS supports. Shelves shall be evenly spaced to accommodate standard liquor bottles and glassware. Full-length frameless mirror panel or tinted glass backing panel shall be provided to enhance visual depth. LED strip lighting (warm white / RGB — colour-change, as approved) shall be integrated underneath each shelf. Top portion shall incorporate a decorative cornice / pelmet with concealed LED cove lighting. |

All wood and plywood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. The places where plastic laminated sheet exists shall remain untreated. |
