Design, supply,installation,testing and commissioning of MS Pressure Multi Grade Filter of Capacity minimum 35 m3/Hrs, 9000 GPH, Dish thickness 8 mm and Shell thickness 6 mm for vertical portion with anti corrosive Food grade Bitumin coating of inner portion to achieve NRF 35 m3/hrs, max RF 38.50 m3/hrs, min working pressure 3.5 Kg/cm2, maximum working pressure 5.0 Kg/cm2 of size suitable including interconnected MS Frontal pipeline with 100 mm bore medium grade of suitable length with outer surafce painting with 2 coats of FRP paint of standard colour as per department after duly preparation and base primer on the surafce, including butterfly valves and related valves of suitable size for smooth operation, pressure gauges & sampling cocks, filling of filter media i,e sand/gravels/pebbles/Silux as per OEM reccomdation of various size as per requirement,sand, PVC strainers and multigrade media of qty suitable for removal of iron to satisfactory limit etc along with provision of manhole for replacement of media and inspection door complete all as specified and as directed.
