| 3 | Dismantling and taking down the complete high mast tower 15 to 20 mtr height by removing bolts and nuts at the bottom with the help of crane/motor and removing the worn out /cut stainless steel GI wire unservicable pulley,shafts checknuts etc including fixing new spares,applying grease, checking and rectifying mechanical and electrical connections and re-erecting the same after making functional of all components complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:(i) Necessary Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item/items of the schedule. The rate for minor spares necessary for carryingout the repair work which are all not covered under the schedule shall also deemed to be included the quoted rate.(ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of all manpower including technicians, crane operator etc. and all tools and plants including crane/motor required to carryout above work.(iii) The light assembly shall also be checked twice in the contract period other than the repairing time by taking down the light assembly from top to bottom and taking up to the original position (i.e. from bottom to top) after completing the repair work if any including checking the serviceability of high mast operating mechanism.(iv) The greasing of pully, roller, bearing and gear including refixing rope clamp, adjustment of lock, lever etc deemed to be included in the item rate. |

| 73 | Attending day to day complain of street light/perimeter ligts, high mast lights, flood lights, gate lighrs, garden lights, post of lantern lights, ornamental lights, decorative lights of any type, size, make, model, capacity and any condition from any height of steel tubular pole, mini high mast pole, High mast pole, buildings including disconnection of electrical connection from timer panel, MCB, and street light pole for checking the loose connecton and decarbanising between coper and alluminium conductor and reconnection of the same after checking the servicibility of electric supplly from Timer Panel to Juncion box, pole and upto LED lights fittings of any type complete with PVC tape, proper insulation and tide the wire on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The contractor has to attend daily minimum 5 to 10 complain of no lights in street lights connection due to carbon, loose connection, disconnection of cable due to monkey nuisance, heavy wind flow and rain effects on electrical circuit. To attend 5 to 10 complain daily. Note : (i) Contractor should organise his staff strength in such a manner that One electrican and Two Helper shall be provided with sutable vehicle by the contractor for attending street light electrical connection unserviceability complaints at different location in the AOR of AGE E/S and all as directed . All the precautionary equipment like safety belt, earth road, hand gloves, ladder, and T&P shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) If he fails to attend the complain daily the penalty of Rs. 2000 per complain per day will be charged and deducted from the next due RAR. |

| 75 | Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws. Poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-37, 9 mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height of 1.5 m and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, Earth Work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately. |
