| 1 | Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of water Pipe. |
| 2 | Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick. |
| 3 | Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point. |
| 4 | Taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve and S & F new cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia with s/s spindle complete assembly, class PN 1.0, ISI marked including providing rubber joints suitable for flanged pipes complete all as specified and directed . |
| 5 | All as per item No 4 above but 150 mm dia size. |
| 6 | M & L for repairs to sluice valves in position installed at various locations, taking out upper portion of valve, replacement of U/S Stainless steel spindle with check nut, cleaning and grinding the valve gate and assembling the valves including replacing the worn out nuts & bolts, rubber gasket, gland packing and servicing complete for 150mm bore size. |
| 7 | All as per item No 6 above but for 100mm bore . |
| 8 | Supply in replacement, laying, jointing and leakage testing GI Pipe 50 mm bore medium grade (ISI marked) including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches / floor/ walls etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes: (i) The laying and jointing of pipes are required to be carried out in short / long streches catering to specific requirements of a particular quarter, building block or a group of blocks.(ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ. |

| 10 | Refixing old steel tubing 25 dia and connections in new or old position all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Refixing old steel tubing 50 MM dia and connections in new or old position all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. |
| 12 | Taking down steel tubing 25 mm dia and connections all as directed by engineer in charge. |
| 13 | Taking down steel tubing 50 mm dia and connections all as directed by engineer in charge. |
| 14 | Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) of size 50 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge . |
| 15 | Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) of size 25 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge . |
| 16 | Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) of size 50 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge . |
| 17 | Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) of size 25 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge . |
| 18 | S&F in replacement of Gun metal Gate valve (ISI Marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of the size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | All as per item No 18.00 above but 50 mm Bore. |
| 20 | Supply only chlorine test kit with coloured Sample complete with all testing filament and Two Reagent Namely Sodium chloride(100 ML) and sulphuric acid (75 ML) solution in rexine finish box all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | Supply and fix Chloring dozing pump tube all as specified and directed ,Cat part No MCCP207-B of Declibec or Equivalent |
| 22 | Supply and Fix Chlorine dozing duckbill only all as specified and directed .Cat part No MCCVDBO of Declibec or Equivalent |
| 23 | S&F in replacement of 50 mm bore non return valve (ISI Marked) class PN-1.6 , IS-5312 both end flanged suitable for cast iron pipe including all fittings washer, nuts & bolt etc complete all as specified and directed. |
