The floor concrete should be prepared with scarification or captive shot blasting process. The dust and debris to be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaner. Anchor Grooves to be cut of size 1.5 to 2 times the thickness of the floor topping. Along the perimeter of floor topping, around columns, open drains, slong construction joints, cable trenches, etc, Open up all the cracks in to anchor grooves. Fill all the anchor grooves with Apcoflor PU screed material. Provide a scratch coat of Apcoflor PU screed @ 2 to 2.25 Kg per Sqm with groove filling, allowing to cure over night. Complete the topping with Apcoflor PU Screed @ 2Kg per Sqm/mm. Allow to cure for the necessary period as per Manufacturers instructions.Note :- The following shall comply to the following technical parameters :(i) Compressive Strength (ASTM C 579) 38+/-5% MPa(ii) Flexural Strength (ASTM C 580) 12+/-5% MPa(iii) Tensile Strength (ASTM C 307) 5.5+/-5% MPa(iv) Abrasion Resistance, (ASTM D 4060) 120 mg loss per 1000 cycles (1 KG load using CS 17 wheels.
