M & L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered , plastered and painted surfaces of wall including cornices etc making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces with POP mixed distemper and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces to achieve smooth surface without visiable of brush/hair mark complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and applying one coat white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal existing treatment and applying 1mm thick of Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
