| 1 | SITC of decorative pole with luminaire as per attached drawing. Total height of the pole with Luminaire shall be 4500 mm nominal above the ground. The pole shall be made out of mild steel tube in two sections as per attached drawing .the different sections shall be joined together through flanges and are welded to get stable structure .The bottom section shall be of 114 mm dia x 3.6 mm thickness x 1000mm long , the top section shall be of 76mm dia x 3.0 mm thickness x2900mm long, The base plate shall be of diameter 250 mm x 12 mm thick and joined with the pole by welding joint with the help of stiffeners . A built in service window shall be provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty connector for mains connections in the bottom part of the pole as shown in the attached drawing. cast iron embellishments shall be fixed with the pole with the help of SS grub screws as shown in attached drawing. The cast iron embellishments fitted in pole shall be made in single casting , joining of two parts with bolts will not be accepted. A hot dip galvanized perforated cylindrical structure with laser cut design of Kumbh related Symbols as approved by competent authoriy shall be fitted on the pole as shown in attached drawing . Length of laser cut design must be 1000mm . The laser cut cylindrical tube structure shall be back lit with warm white led . The decorative luminaire shall be be made out of cast and spun aluminium with Mild steel bottom support bracket . Led wattage shall be 54w. Led should be used of OSram/ Seoul / Cree/ Bridgelux.BIS approved LED Driver shall be used having efficiency > 85% and THD <10% of FULHAM/PHILIPS/OSRAM or equivalent make . The ingress protection level of illuminating Cylindrical structure shall be IP 65 and impact resistance shall be IK 08. Ingress protection of Post top luminaire shall be IP -66 and Impact resistance shall be IK-08 , UV rays resistant opaque polycarbonate diffuser shall be used in laser cut cylinder and transparent polycarbonate diffuser shall be used in post top luminaire. The efficacy of post top luminaire shall be more than 120 lumen/watt. The decorative pole and post top luminaire shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The decorative pole and decorative post top luminaire shall be duly pretreated by shot blasting and sanding process and coated with high end epoxy primers and top coat in UV ray resistant polyurethane/Polyester coating in approved colour shade . The Coating on the pole and bracket shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters. The DFT of coating on pole shall be 90 microns(minimum). The coating on pole and bracket shall pass minimum 500 salt spray hours. Wind pressure calculation shall be done as per IS 875. The contractor has to specify pole manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid. The pole manufacturer shall have in house facility for pole fabrication consisting of Laser cutting machine , Pole fabrication and Mig welding plant , shot blasting machine , Oven to bake Required pole and bracket . The EIC will visit the plant to ascertain the required plant and machinery at manufacturers facility . |
| 2 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning 8000mm conical pole made of continuously tapered circular Hot rolled steel pipe (E250 to IS 2062 : 2011) 172mm Bottom Dia x 76mm Top Dia x 3mm thick with 7900 mm Height. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. Mild steel service door 320mm height x 90mm with vandal proof mechanism. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 280mm dia x 16mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 48 x 24 to suit M20 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at PCD 230. The base plate have a cable entry hole as per the base pipe size. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 10% tolerance. After fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The pole is coated with zinc rich primer & pure polyester powder coating (coating thickness 60-80 microns). The Pole shall be provided with Graphite grey / Anthracite grey / Black as standard colour options or as per E/i direction requirement.Manufacturer must have inhouse shot blasting machine and powded coating chamber upto 9m . | 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 150W (±5W) high-quality LED Street Light Fixture Should have minimum system efficacy of 160 lumen/watt for the offered wattage. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K ±355, SDCM<5 and CRI>70. The housing should be made of non-corrosive single Piece Pressure die-casting aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The luminaire shall have Integrated IP66 polycarbonate Cluster lens. The Luminaire driver should be made of Extruded Aluminum housing with IP67 protection for better thermal management and durability. Inbuilt Surge Protection: >=6KV. Power Factor: > 0.95 , Efficiency >90% ,THD: <10%. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticket/screen printing. The luminaire shall have Desclared Lifetime of 80K hours@L80. The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK08 for Optical part. Control gear compartment shall be Top/Bottom maintainable with without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have external Surge protection of minimum 20KV SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 Hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes. The luminaire should be of class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only The Driver should be withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs. Should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at least less than 100V & 300V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature.The luminaire and driver shall comply with IEC 60598, IS 10322-5, IS 161-03/05/06/07, IEC 61000-4-5, and EN 55015 standards, with test reports for IES, , and TTC certificates from a NABL-accredited lab. It shall be CE and ROHS compliant, BIS-certified for luminaires and drivers, and design patented/registered to ensure high performance, safety, and durability. |
