Repairing of 90 KW,3.3 KV HT Induction Motor at Jampali OCMDetails as below:-(i) 01 no. 90 KW,3.3 KV HT Induction Motor , Sl no. F330876/1 , Make - Marathon at Jampali OCMDetailed description of job is given below:-(I) Replacement damaged stator coil to be made by 99.96% electrolyte grade copper wire/strip and over all insulation with PGMA and Glass fibre tape(class H)-110 Kg(II) Insulating material class H for slot insulation with nomex mica/PGMA sheet 2- 6mm thick nomex polyester sheet PGMA top. Glass fiber sheet for coil separator in the slot and wedge for locking the coil in the slot -48 Nos.(III) Connecting brazing with standard make brazing rod-2 Kg(IV) Heating varnishing with standard make class F varnishing and antimoisture coating with bectol red-12 Kg(V)Less cost of copper wire (-)= 110 kg
