RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing , laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench , raft, plinth beams and pedestals over foundation footings of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete at levels with Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe 500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
