As per the oder DCEP/AEE2/Inspection/2019-20/6615dtd:06.08.2019 the touching has to be estimated as AMC of 2 full touching clearance and maintenance of entire HT line for 50% of cost of one full touching. In the SAMGRA digital platform there is no facility for estimation as per the order .Hence to be customize the labour as per the order for successful execution of work the labour rate of the touching is same but the description for the work is needed for 2 times.
