Specification for Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Commercial RO filter of 50 litre storage tank capacity within the State of West Bengal• Manufacturer should have quality system certificate of ISO 9001:2015• Water purifier should be fully automatic with auto cut off.• Operating voltage: 230 ± 10% volt, AC single phase,50 ± 2% Hz.• Minimum inlet pressure should be 1.0 kg/cm2• Filtration capacity in litre per hour: Minimum 50 litre/hour • Particular filter porosity: Maximum 0.0001 micron.• Arrangement of Iron Remover: 20 inch pre-filter assembly. • The installation type: Water purifier will be floor mounted with inbuilt 50 litter storage capacity (minimum). • Inlet pipe and fitting from raw water sources to water purification system to be arrange by the supplier from the nearest water supply point at the same floor as per site condition at their own cost.• The water purifier should have electrical cable with plug top to operate the same from the nearest plug point. • Scope of minor civil work if any required during installation to be done by the supplier at site and their own cost. • Body of the water purifier should be ABS Food grade. • Minimum number of purification stage should be 6 stage.• Make-in-India Certificate if available to be uploaded during submission of BID.
