All in All comprehensive annual maintenance contract for 07 Passenger lift 2 stops capacity '' OTIS '' Elevators through OEM or their authorized contactor for a period of one year installed at subjected site , on the basis of as and when required for smooth operation ( schduled and call basis ), During the AMC period firm/contractor will provide trained and qualified employees to provide routine maintenence , examination and lubrication services accordingly to The OEM maintenance schdule for equipment, 12 times a year and will furnish the necessary lubricants and cleaning material including the replacement of hydraulic fluid and machine gear oil. Frim will annually test all safety device in accordance with relevant safety standards with the exception of full load testing and provide a health/fitness certificate from OEM to department at the time of completeion of AMC agreement. Throughout the duration of this agreement firm shall cover repair or replacement of machines , motors,generators ropes , inverter system and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards and sub-componenets inclusive of belts ,roller ,bearing ,coils ,brake shoes , liners , contractors, contacts ,relays, push buttons, indicators controller , chock and magnet and magnetic switches , door safety devices, limit switches, governor, interlocaks on hoist way doors and other minor mechanical parts shall be included at required at free of cost ( Excluding ARD BAttery Bank ) complete in all respect.
