Providing, fabricating, and fixing in position Double Hanging Dustbin Unit made from high-quality Mild Steel (MS) sheet, designed for separate collection of dry and wet waste, having 60 litres capacity per dustbin (total 120 litres). Each dustbin shall be made of 1.2 mm thick MS sheet (18 gauge) fabricated in rectangular shape with height 20 inches, depth 20 inches, and breadth 12 inches on all sides, duly welded and smoothly finished, free from sharp edges, and treated with anticorrosive red oxide primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint in green and blue colour for waste segregation as per Solid Waste Management Rules. Each bin shall be provided with a lid made of HDPE (Manlapene) sheet, strong, durable, and weather-resistant. The bins shall be mounted on a rigid MS frame structure of 40 inches height and 25–30 inches width, fabricated from 1”x1” square MS pipe duly welded, painted, and finished with anti-corrosive paint. The ground-to-box height shall be maintained at 25 inches for convenient usage. The entire unit shall be securely fixed on a PCC base using anchor bolts, including all necessary materials, labour, transportation, fabrication, painting, and installation work, complete in all respects and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
