Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. Cutting, denting, fitting & welding of back and side wall. 2. Cutting, denting, fitting & welding of gantry ladder. 3. Cutting, denting, fitting & welding of platform. 4. Cutting, denting, fitting & welding of front wall. 5. Cutting, denting, fitting & welding of dynavane 6. Repairing/rewinding of counter box. 7. Repairing/fabrication of inner portion of operator cabin. 8. Removing of old scrap material of cabin. 9. Cleaning of wall and roof. 10. Fitting of insulation of roofs and walls. 11. Fitting of rexin and floor mat. 12. Replacement of door lock, hinge etc. 13. Cleaning and painting of machine. 14. Measurement of the inner portion of operator cabin: (i) RHS Wall- 6'x8'= 48 sqft (ii) LHS wall- 4'x8' = 32 sqft ( iii) 6'x9'= 54 sqft (iv) Roof area = 6'x9'= 54 sqft (v) Floor mat= 6'x9'= 54 sqft Maximum deployment of manpower for the above scope of work will be 1. Skilled Fitter for 87 nos. of manshifts, 2. Skilled welder for 10 nos. of manshifts, 3. Semi-Skilled for 24 nos. of manshift, Un-Skilled for 75 nos. of manshifts.
