Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing/pavings/plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring & finishing the surfaces rough to receive screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment cement including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in cills and other similar bands, coping, bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
