Material and labour for Servicing of Air curtains unit, of any type capacity and length, single phase AC, 230 Volts as in preventive maintenance along with blower assembly filter and other components including checking electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for blower motor assembly of Air curtain unit of any type capacity and length, single phase AC, 230 Volts as including electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 3 phase tower AC complete for repair / servicing and overhauling of capacity 4.0 TR Tower type AC after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection, removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda/cleaning chemical agents, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower etc. and also connecting of refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and charging of refrigerant gas and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fix PCB (circuit plate) of in-door unit of 4.0 TR Tower type AC complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PCB (circuit plate) of out door unit of 4.0 TR Tower type AC complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hermetic sealed/Rotory new compressor for 4.0 TR Tower AC capacity including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of 4.0 TR Tower AC and connection of all pipe line & charging of refrigerant and testing complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.
