| 1 | Dismantling of old unserviceable damage/ rusted PCC pole/ steel tubular poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring Main Unit) 4-way comprising of 02 Nos 630 Amps, manually operated Load Break Switch and 02 Nos 630Amp Fixed-Type VCB, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 3+0.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for soilid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. |

| 5 | Note: (i) Each cable box will have Capacitive voltage LED indications to indicate cable-live condition inside the cable box.(ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations(iii) One No. Operationg Handle for Manual Isolator/Disconnector/Earthing Operation and one no. manometer shall be provided(iv) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance.(v) Foundation PCC for installing the outdoor RMU as per manufacturer drawing 1mtr above the ground level will be installed at work site by tenderer and cost of the same deem to be included in rates quoted and nothing extra on this account will be admissible. |

| 16 | Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 18 | Material and labour for providing masonary plateform of size 3m x 3m (out to out dimension) and 1.2 mtr high above normal ground level for placing RMU of any capacity at the top of platfrom XPM netting will be fixed upto 1.2 mtr height by providing steel angle iron posts of size 65 x 65 x 6mm duly grouted in PCC including provision of two hinged doors for opening from front side and locking arrangement with sliding door bolts and pad locks complete XPM netting with steel angle iron items will be painted with two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (shade of colour will be suggested at site). Foundation of platform will be prepared in 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate at the depth of 30cm below normal level. Brick work will be carried out in old size burnt bricks in CM 1:4 top of platform will be prepared with 15 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. Plastering will be carried out on exposed surfaces of complete platform with 15mm thick CM 1:4 including all connected works such as excavation in any type of soil, levelling, refilling and removing surplus soil all as specifed and directed at site.
