To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with amendments No 1 to 122 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of tender.Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 5th row. The actual amount of contract would be Rs. 12 lakhs (Max). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR. ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (Rs. 12 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ.
