| 2 | Cleaning, Flushing of chocked and desilting of outdoor sewage lines of 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesal/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacty and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. the sludge deposited in the sewage ling shall be fully ceaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strick supervision complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- (a) The service proider/contractor during the mechanised operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine.(b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited.(c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/stilt/liquid/mud and sand (in fou position) etc. |
| 3 | Desluding of existing manholes of depth upto 2 mtr (vol of MH exc 0.20 cum but not exc 2.88 cum) for liquid, solids and slurry material by machanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provison of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud abd sand (in foul position) etc removed to outside the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by engr-in-charge incluidng loading, unloading, digging outt pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/stilt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and sprreying bleaching power over the entire surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractorduring the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine.(b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. | 7 | M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahani traps/ floor traps/ bottle traps, blockages of WC's, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning of drain pipes 150 mm to 250 mm internal dia by rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time. The contractor shall engage required skilled manpower and provide all necessary tools and plants (manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipment (as per rules of public health), etc to ensure resolution of complaint in time frame as desired by Engineer-in-Charge.Any type of complaint related to cleaning of sewage line and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area and deploy adequate sewage cleaning machinery/ equipment to clean the line and open blockages within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). (b) In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. (c) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.Note :- Day to day Complaint received from user's should be resolved within 06 hours of complaint received. Note :- Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.(d) The contractor must keep in mind the above said provisions while quoting his rates. |
