| 1 | Complete dismantling of DG sets (installed at MH Satwari Militaty Station) of capacity 500 KVA & 625 KVA including inspection of blocks,crankshaft ,camshaft ,liners,pistons, connecting rods,check cylinder head,valve seats,rocker arms,turbocharger ,radiator & pump inspection,alternator etc by carrying out to authorised workshop for repair/ maintenance of engine complete for smooth functioning as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. NOTES:- (i) Repair and Maintanance of DG sets alongwith connected alternator and panel board including engine shall be carried out and rectifying the defects by replacing the unserviceable spare parts as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) Cost of all consumables required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iv) Compressive repair/maintenance of DG set shall be carried out through authorised dealer or OEM of DG set. |

Note:-The rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the cost of sealing rings , \\"O\\" rings if required replacement and render necessary test servicing certificate from the authorised dealer/OEM. |
| 23 | Opening the coupling, dismantling the alternator carefully, removing the flywheel , dismantling the unserviceable starting gear wheel and supply and fixing new starting gear wheel of DG set of capacity 500 KVA & 625 KVA , fixing back the alternator and properly coupled back complete all as specified and directed . |
| 24 | Repair / maintenance of turbo charger of DG set of capacity 500 KVA & 625 KVA by replacing of capaciter , turbo charger kit complete all as specified and directed |
| 25 | Repair and maintenance of AMF panel of DG set of capacity 500 KVA TO 625 KVA including routing / preventive maintenance checks for trouble free functioning as comprising of following :-(i) Checking all electrical connections. (ii) Checking all contact points / Bus bars. (iii) Checking / replacement timers (AC or DC). (iv) Checking / replace buttons. (iv) Checking / replace indicator lamps. (v) Checking / replacement of main,auxliary contacts/ relays. (vi) Checking / replacement of contact coils . (vii) Checking / replacement of volt /amps/energy/ PF/ KWH meters/CT's. (viii) Checking Auto / manual function. (ix) Check and tight screws and bolts. (x) Check battery charger out put voltage including Cleaning the panel. Note : (i) All spare parts will be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) Routine check/preventive maintenance will be carried out by OEM/authorised dealers.iii) Contractor has to attend the breakdown at any time and place during the contract period (iv) General maint is indicative in the description only and contractor has to do the neccessary other maint task also as reqd and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
