PHASE - I (ARBORICULTURE WORK)

Supply and Lay sweet earth / soil mixed with natural fertilizers / cow dung brought from outside MD land to a uniform thickness of 20 cm including watering, spreading and levelling and making ready for planting of natural grass all as specified and as directed.

Supply and planting natural grass including excavation and loosening of soil upto 15 cm, removal of excavated unwanted soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and best quality cattle manure in 3:1 ratio complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of equal quantities of Gulmohor, Mango, Neem hybrid plants of height not less than 1.25 mts high above GL including clearing the area, digging of pits size 60 x 60 x 60 cm, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in ratio 3:1, provision of 2 year old plants with good root system and planting the same and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, organic manuring and fertilizer, cutting, prunning shaping and spraying of insecticide, fungicide as when required till completion of maintenance period complete all as specified and directed.

PHASE - II (MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE WORK)

M&L for maintenance of arboriculture work of all the plants / trees covered under Phase - I above by employing atleast 2(Two) skilled garderns each day for a period 24 months to ensure healing up and upkeep of watering plants, including gap filling, periodic tilling, watering mowing of lawn, grass cutting, removing garden waste, applying insecticides and fertilizers, top dressing of lawn with machine with approved good agriculture soil and manure complete all as specified and directed.
