| 1 | M&L for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor/outdoor units of split AC 1.5/2 TR capacity of any make from its existing position/location, shifting the same, by by cleaning condenser/ Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat & other electrical/ Refrigerent controls, cleaning the air filter, connecting up all connections and testing after gas charging if required all as directed for Split type Air Conditioner up to 2 Ton. Note : (i)Replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. |

| 12 | M& L for Removing the existing defective / unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor unit from Acs and replacement with the same Make factory sealed compressor unit, connecting refrigeration system after thorough flushing out the system with dry nitrogen, leak testing with nitrogen, vaccumising including neccessery brazing and welding arresting leakages and gas charging with refrigerant gas, testing, re-installing in its original position/location connecting up all electrical connections, testing the complete unit all as directed for Split ACs of appropiate make / model for 1.5 TR AC. Notes :– (i) Factory sealed compressor unit shall be of existing capacity and make. (ii) Gas Charging shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. |
