(d)Supply and Replacing oil filters with new one(e)Supply and replace air filters with new one (f) Replace unserviceable hose pipe as required at site(g)Replace unserviceable PVC fuel indication tube (h) Supply and replacing unserviceable battery terminals and chrochodoile clamp as required at site(j) Supply and replacing unserviceable \\"D\\" clamp, nut bolt, washers, etc.(k) Checking of fan belt all nut bolt, etc (l) Top up the engine oil and radiator coolent.(m) Tools for the repairs and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk.(n) Top up the distilled water in the battery if required.(o) Cleaning the radiator by using water blower/vacuume cleaner.Note :- (i) Distilled water, Engine oil and radiater coolent if any will be measured and paid separately.(ii) All spares and parts used other than (i) mentioned above shall be included in quated rate only. and all spares shall be recommended by manufacturer of the respective DG set and shall be purchased from authorised dealer of OEM.(iii) Servicing of DG Set 1250 kVA should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM ie, (Sterling). |

Minor issues—like oil leakage, relay settings, control wiring, low oil pressure, high body temperature,display setting,relay fault and software updates—are handled through standard maintenance, either via software adjustments or mechanical/electrical repairs. only minor repair has been paid through this items. On the other hand, major faults such as burnt alternators, cracked radiators, welding issues ,selfstator,housepipe etc shall be paid and repair through separate items for resolution, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

(o) Refixing cable with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers.(p) Testing the DG set \\"NO LOAD\\" and \\"FULL LOAD\\"(q) Re-assembling of all parts, spray painting to DG set, testing, ensuring the rated RPM of the DG set and output voltage 415 volts etc complete.
