(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes).(iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : Master Emaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed.Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item. |
| 53 | M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :-(i) Dry sub strata surface and free of debris & dust(ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes).(iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness.Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use.(iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 54 | M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 43 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 25 metre height) complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. |

The above work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.Note: (a) Srl Item No 08.00 to 11.00, 13.00, 14.00, 17.00, 19.00 to 21.00, 41.00, 44.00, 47.00 to 49.00, 53.00, 54.00 & 56.00 of BOQ are major items for the subject tender and material in respect of these items shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and produced before Engg in Charge alongwith original purchase vouchers as per direction of Garrison Engineer and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge that material in respect of above mentioned items have been submitted in the office of Engg in charge in their safe custody.(b) Materials in respect of Freakishly low declared items if any at the time of acceptance of contract shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and submit the same in the office of Engg in charge alongwith original purchase vouchers in their safe custody and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge.
