| 1 | Notes:1.All work should be done without damaging the existing infrastructure and laboratory equipment. Use sheets for placing of material and for covering of equment in laboratories.2. No Debris/Waste materials shall be left over during the work.3. The contractor has to be clean the site after the complertion of work and handover as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.4. Before quoting, the Bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site nature, conditions and Quantum/ scope of work involved. Site inspection and uploading of report is mandatory. The bidder shall upload the site inspection report duly signed by departmental representative and Bidder. Without the site inspection report, the bid will be summarily rejected.5. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles and installation including all taxes (except EPF and ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect.6. The Workers employed for the work still strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.7. The contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970. Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employee State Insurance Act. Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under.8. Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF and ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ Central Government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF and ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor The Bidder should not consider EPF and ESI in his rates. |
| 2 | Fabrication and installation of interior components at first floor of B-Block, including the working table shall have overall dimensions of 5 feet in width, 2.5 feet in depth, and 29 inches in height, constructed with a 25 mm thick pre-laminated PLT board top for enhanced durability and a premium finish, while the body and supporting structure shall be fabricated using 18 mm thick pre-laminated PLT panels to ensure superior strength and resistance to wear; integrated storage shall comprise one drawer and one cabinet with two compartments, both fitted with high-quality branded hardware and individual locking mechanisms for secure storage; all exposed edges, including the top and storage units, shall be sealed with 2 mm PVC edge banding to prevent chipping, moisture ingress, and to provide a refined appearance; the unit shall feature an enclosed back panel and a fixed foot rest panel made from 18 mm PLT board at the lower front section to enhance user comfort and posture support; the table must be delivered in knock-down condition with all necessary fittings and assembled on-site by the supplier, with the finish and color finalized and approved by the department prior to production, and a sample unit shall be sent to the department for approval of Engineer-In Charge before bulk manufacturing. |
| 3 | Fabrication and installation of interior components at first floor of B-Block, including the computer table shall have overall dimensions of 3 feet in width, 1.5 feet in depth, and 29 inches in height, constructed using a 25 mm thick pre-laminated PLT board top for enhanced durability, load-bearing capacity, and a premium finish. The supporting structure and panels shall be fabricated from 18 mm thick pre-laminated PLT board, ensuring long-term structural integrity and resistance to wear. A smooth-sliding keyboard and mouse tray of sufficient length shall be mounted beneath the main work surface to support ergonomic typing posture. A wire management hole with a protective cap shall be integrated into the top panel to facilitate organized cable routing and reduce workspace clutter. All visible edges, including those of the top, tray, and structural panels, shall be sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding to prevent chipping, moisture ingress, and to enhance visual appeal. The rear of the unit shall be enclosed with an 18 mm thick PLT back panel matching the overall finish. A bottom horizontal board made from 18 mm PLT shall be fixed at the lower section of the table to securely accommodate a CPU and UPS unit, and also serve as a foot rest; this board shall be supported by a vertical panel of 18 mm PLT to ensure structural stability and load distribution. The table shall be delivered in knock-down condition with all necessary hardware and fittings, and shall be assembled on-site by the supplier. Final finish and color selection shall be subject to approval by the department prior to production, and a sample unit shall be sent to the department for approval of Engineer-In Charge before bulk manufacturing. |
| 4 | Fabrication and installation of interior components at first floor of B-Block, including the metal almirah shall have overall dimensions of 3 feet in width, 1.5 feet in depth, and 6.5 feet in height, fabricated from high-quality CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel sheets of minimum 22-gauge thickness for enhanced durability and structural integrity. The unit shall be powder-coated with a corrosion-resistant finish in a shade approved by the department prior to production, ensuring long-term resistance to rust, scratches, and wear. The almirah shall feature a double-door configuration with a three-way bolting mechanism and a high-quality branded lock for secure storage. Internally, the unit shall be equipped with four adjustable shelves made from the same CRCA material, capable of supporting standard office loads including files, stationery, and equipment. All edges shall be machine-folded and deburred to prevent injury and ensure a refined appearance. The base of the almirah shall be reinforced to support heavy contents and maintain stability on flat surfaces. The unit must be delivered in fully assembled condition or knock-down format with all necessary fittings, and installed on-site by the supplier.Final finish and color selection shall be subject to approval by the department prior to production, and a sample unit shall be sent to the department for approval of Engineer-In Charge before bulk manufacturing. |
| 5 | Fabrication and installation of interior components at first floor of B-Block, including the ergonomic high-back working chair shall feature an adjustable headrest and armrests with multi-step vertical adjustment, PU-molded tops over durable nylon inserts, and a breathable mesh back with a reinforced polypropylene frame. The seat shall be constructed from hot-pressed plywood and upholstered with fabric or mesh over high-resilience molded polyurethane foam with a density of 50 kg/m³ or higher, designed with extra thickness at the front edge for enhanced comfort. The chair must include adjustable lumbar support, a center tilt synchro mechanism with 360° swivel, multi-position locking, anti-shock feature, and tilt tension adjustment. Pneumatic height adjustment shall provide a smooth and flexible seating range. The pedestal base shall be a five-star design made of high-strength nylon and fitted with twin-wheel castors for easy mobility. Overall dimensions and proportions should be suitable for standard office use, ensuring ergonomic support and comfort for extended sitting periods. The finish and color shall be finalized and approved by the department prior to production, and a sample unit shall be sent to the department for approval of Engineer-In Charge before bulk manufacturing.
