Deployment of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) with minimum education qualification of Matriculation or equivalent or ITI pass for government offices in 8 hour shifts. The duties would broadly include a) Physical Maintenance of records of the Section. b) General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit. c) Carrying of files & other papers within the building. d) Photocopying, sending of FAX/emails/post etc. e) Other non-clerical work in the Section/ Unit. f) Assisting in routine office work like diary, despatch etc., including on computer g) Delivering of dak (outside the building). h) Watch & ward duties. i) Opening & closing of rooms. j) Cleaning of rooms. k) Dusting of furniture etc. l) Cleaning of building, fixtures etc m) Work related to his ITI qualifications, if it exists. n) Driving of vehicles, if in possession of valid driving licence. o) Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants etc. p) Any other work assigned by the engineer in charge.Note: The MTS shall be approved/selected as per eligibility and requirements by the Engineer in Charge

Cost Index 3% Conditions:-1. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT, MCD,DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other Govt. agency, it shall be paid paid by the agency and if fails the the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account.2..The work may be terminated at any stage without any prior intimation and nothing shall be entertained on account of this.3. If any MTS is found absent or the work is found non-satisfactory then the penalty will be imposed @ Rs. 2000/- per head per day and shall be recovered from the bill of the contractor.
