Sub Head: Repair, rectification, complete overhauling testing and commissioning of damaged wire rope hoisting arrangement including replacement of damaged pulleys, side guides, track rollers of Connecting Tunnel Gate No. 1 of 3x42 MW Larji HEP.

Dismantling and re-assembling, erection & testing of rope drum hoisting system completely consisting of geared motor/motor, gear box, manual operating system, chain & sprocket, couplings, braking arrangement, power transmission shafts, spur gears, rope drum, rope clamps, plumber blocks, hubs, bearing, coupling sleeves, etc part by part for repair/replacement of hoisting system and stacking up to a lead of 500m or as per direction of EIC. The cost includes the manpower employed for dismantling of hoisting system, suitable holding arrangement of CT gate, cleaning and assembling of hoisting system, hire charges of mechanical devices, machines etc. for hanging , hire charges of tools & tackles etc., scaffolding, safety equipment's, carriage loading & unloading.
