| 2 | Drilling Bores of 200 mm dia as per IS 2800- 1979 from ground level in the overburden as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge / hydrogeologist with suitable rigs for drilling through rocky formation consisting of sand stone, limestone, dolomites, congiomerate, boulder pebble, gravats, silt, clay or any other type of sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks including cost of attachements consumables stores bils, water, POL etc complete in all respect as detailed below- |
| 3 | Lowering IS marked 175 mm nominal bore 6 mm thick MSERW casing plain end casing pipe as per IS 4270 -2001 with upto date amendments in a length of 300 metres including cost of cutting welding, transportation charges complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. The pipe shall be slotted at a suitable interval thickness 6 mm. |
| 4 | Providing and Fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Collection and Preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 7 | The location where bores shall be drilled for providing tube well shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | All arrangments for the transportation of drilling equipment to site of work and its operator i.e. Katcha tracks, approved roads, water electric light etc if so required shall be made by the firm/contractor him shelf at his own cost. |
| 9 | The department shall be at fully liberty to abandon a particular well, if the bore is abandoned due to any reason i.e. on occuring hard rock, strata nonavailability of equifier or any other reason, the contractor shall be paid only for drilling work. In the case the decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be binding on the contractor/firm. If the tube well remained un-successful due to faulty construction on the part of contractor/firm nothing shall be paid to the contractor/firm for the drilling of tube well. |
| 10 | All gold silver, oil other materials any relies, antiques and other similar things which may be found in or upon the site shall be the property of the Govt and contractor shall delivery the same to the persons appointed by the Govt. from time to time. |
| 11 | The scope of the work can be increased or decreased by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with the JSV & ISI specifications. |
| 13 | The work shall be executed as per programme laid down by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Any damage done by the contractor to any public/private prpoperty during the cource of execution of work fendered for shall be made good by him at his own cost. |
| 15 | All the taxes and other incidental charges shall be borne by the contractor and nothing shall be paid to him on this account. |
| 16 | The rate are inclusive of carriage of material with in all leads and lift and no extra cost will be paid for this. |
| 17 | The contractor shall be responsible for watch and ward the material at site of work |
| 18 | The quantity taken in the tender is liable to be increased or decreased. |
| 19 | The firm should be registered in HP JSV for drilling hand pumps/tube wells and also registered under Himachal Pradesh Ground water act 2005 . |
| 20 | The work shall be assigned on selection cum performance basis to each selected contractor/firm. |
| 21 | The Vertically shall not vary in excess of the smallest diameter of the well per 30 mtr length. |
| 22 | Guarantee period for 6 months from the date of commissioning. |
| 23 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
| 24 | GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor. |
