| 4 | Providing and Fixing ridges or hips 60 cm over all with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating including Fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge in all leads and lifts. |
| 5 | Providing and Fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40 x 3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² in all leads and lifts. |
| 6 | Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.50 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts. |
| 7 | Providing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsuman hydrous) ceiling upto a height of 5m above floor level, over first class kail wood strips 25x6mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame (frame work to be paid separately): Flat surfaces in all leads and lifts. | 8 | The work shall be executed as per HPPWD/JSV/ISI specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | The contractor shall be fully responsible for watch and ward of the material at site of work. |
| 10 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected material. |
| 11 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
| 12 | GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor. |
