| 18 | The work shall be executed as per HPPWD/JSV/ISI specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 19 | The contractor shall be fully responsible for watch and ward of the material at site of work. |
| 20 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected material. |
| 21 | 1% rebate on overall amount of dismantled materials shall be given by the contractor. |
| 22 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
| 23 | GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor. |
| 24 | The rates shall be inclusive with GST and carriage . |
| 25 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |
