Construction of 1.7 m high and 0.3 m thick boundary wall with 230 mm×230 mm thick pillar made in Brick masonry in cement and sand mortar. including supply of all materials (labour & etc.) for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 1.2m wide MS wicket gate including febrication and supply of steel and construction of boundary wall pillar etc.as per specification including supply of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing wall putty on New surface with approvel qualitymaterial o f Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coates.

Providing cement primer on new surfaces i/c cost ofall material, labour & T&P etc complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats over and including priming coat of exterior primer).

Construction of interlocking pavement for approach to water works as per design and specification including supply of all material ,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer -in - Charge.
