Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper ( ready mix) having VOC content less then 50 gms / liters, of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's new work ( TWO OR MORE COAT ) over and including water hinnabale priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer such as burger shalimar J&N over prepared surface finished with putty. Painting with delux multi surface paint to given an even shed two more coat applied @ .90 ltr/ 10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ .80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's new work ( TWO OR MORE COAT ) over and including water hinnabale priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer such as burger shalimar J&Nass per DSR 2023.13.48.1

Painting wood work with delux multi surface paint to give an even shade . Two or more coat applied 2 .90 ltr/ 10 sqm an under coat of primer applied .75 ltr/ sqm of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour complete, of approve superior quality ready mix paint including supply of all material labour, as confirem to IS NO. 103-1950

Dismentelling tile work for thickness of tile 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meter lead . Including supply of all materials, labour, tool & plant etc. required for proper complrtion of the work
