Providing and laying treatment of wear & tear concrete surface withpre-mixed, ready to use, high-performance, curing free, quick-settingready to use cement mortar for repairing of potholes with minimum25mm depth and without cutting the panel so that traffic can bemobilized in 2 hours. The high-performance cement should becuring free, achieve compressive strength of 10 MPa within 4 Hours,achieve bond strength of 4 MPa within 24 Hours, non-shrink andnon-toxic

Providing and laying treatment of wear & tear concrete surface withpre-mixed, ready to use, geo polymer based mortar & confirming toASTM C: 1600 upto 10mm thickness with following property- Curingfree, compressive strength of 15 MPa within 2 hours, Quick setting,and Bond strength of 4 MPa within 24 Hours and repaired surfaceshould be ready to use within 3 hours. (This item is to be used inonly emergency situation after decided by Engineer in-charge)

Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame &cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including groutingthe frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by theEngineer HD-20

Repair to damaged plaster with high-performance curing free. Quicksetting cement mortar & confirming to ASTM C 1600 in ratio of 1:4with following properties of cement: Compressive strength of 20MPa within 4 hours, curing free, Bond strength of 4 MPa within 24hours, Non-shrink & Nontoxic in following steps- i) Chopping looseand cracked plaster to required depth, cleaning the exposed surfacewith wire brush, cleaning of plaster surface with water as necessaryand getting dried. ii) Plastering the surface with above mentionedhigh-performance cement sand mortar 1:4 upto depth of 25mmcomplete with all scaffolding. iii) No curing has to be done as thehigh-performance cement used should be curing free.
