Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying & fitting, fixing of Un-plasticised poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA LTD) Ventilator / Top Hung-60-series duly Manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames, 75mm x 60mm x 2.25mm for casement Windows Sash Profile capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised upto 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost & conveyance of all materials acessories labour charges, Cess, taxes of all materials & product conforming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Supplying and fixing of Roller Blinds by fixing powder coated top channel, bottom channel with bottom end cap, control unit and good quality of 0.60 mm thick fabric of approved design and quality etc. complete.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer etc. complete.

Painting two coats to door and window with enamel paint of approved quality and shade over a coat of primer on surfaces as specified below to give an even shade with 2 coats of approved quality paint, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding. watering, curing, sundries. tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
