(1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC. |
| 5 | PCC M-20 grade concrete in foundation and plinth with 20mm down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including lowering,laying concrete to required levels, watering and curing finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work in all floors, including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC. |
| 7 | Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12m size hard broken granite chips including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge |
| 8 | S/f/f of M.S purlin, joist, truss, Angle including labour for fitting and fixing in position steel cutting edge as per approved design using M.S. angle plates, bolts and nuts complete including cutting angles to required size, bending to shape, drilling holes, reverting and welding, etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of angles and plates as per specification & direction of EIC. |
| 9 | Supplying fitting & fixing of 16mm dia H.D.Bolt of 15 Cm long including fixing etc. with cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete as per specification & direction of EIC. |
| 10 | Supplying, fitting and fixing of colour G.C.I sheet (0.30mm thick) in roof including shaft sealing screw etc. complete with cost, conveyance of all required fitting as directed by EIC. (GCI Sheet of Jindal./ TATA BLUE SCOPE) |
| 11 | Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer over iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
