Method of cooling - water cooled with radiator. e). Aspiration - Turbo charged after cooled. f). Design - Suitable for generating set operation. g). Output - 104 BHP or a per manufacturers standards at 1500 rpm under NTP condition . 2. Standard accessories with Diesel Engine. a). Fly wheel b). Close coupling C). Air cleaner d). Radiator with fan provided with fan guard e). Fuel Pump. f). Mechanical governor g). Fuel filter h). Lubricating oil filter . i). Exhaust silencer j). Battery charger/ Generator. 3. Engine instrument panel with the following items a). Starting switch with key or button b). Lubricating oil Pressure gauge. c). Water temperature gauge d). RPM indicator with hour meter e). Battery charging ammeter 4). Safety controls for Engine a). Trip for low lubricating oil pressure. b). Trip for high water temperature 5. Fuel tank shall be provided having 200liter capacity or as per manufacturers standards built in type integral with the acoustic enclosure.6.Brushless Alternator a). Make - Stamford / Crompton/Cummins/ Leroy Somer b). Type - Self excited and self regulated C). Capacity - 82.5 KVA / 66 KW @ 0.8 PF d). System of Voltage - 3 phase, 415 V , 4 wire system e). speed - 1500 rpm . f). Voltage regulation band -+/-1% of rated voltage . g). Frequency : 50 Hz h). Insulation - Class - F/H . The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Operation and service manual , spares and tools shall be provided. 6). Fuel connection shall be done as per standards. 7. Battery . Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufacturers requirement . Automatic Battery charger . 8. Comprising of Gen - set controller - , which has indication / LCD displays available for Lube oil pressure , Battery voltage , Engine RPM , fuel level in the diesel tank, Engine Running hours , AC current , AC voltage , AC Frequency , AC power metering with safety trips for high engine temperature , low lube oil pressure , low radiator water level , low fuel level , under/over speed and high canopy temperature. The D.G set should have a warranty of three years. Load test shall be conducted at half load for 40 mts, full load for 2 hours and 10% for overload for 20mts and test certificate hall be submitted in standard format from the manufacturer. |
