Comprehensive Maintenance of 4 Nos existing Polycom make video conferencing system with 4K Video Conf/Collab/Wireless Pres Sys: Touch Control, 4K 5x EPTZ auto-track Cam, Codec, Stereo Speaker phone, Wall Mount Kit; Cables: 1 HDMI 1.83m, 1 CAT 5E LAN 4.57m; NTSC/PAL installed at MSO building along with other allied accessories etc which includes replacement of damaged and defective spare parts and minor repairs i/c attending the complaint in case of any type of fault as per terms and conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer in charge etc as required. charge etc as required.

Providing services for Routine Maintenance of existing Polycom make video conferencing system installed at following Offices by deploying 1 Nos Technician in single Shift from 9 AM to 6 PM on all working day of the month excluding Sundays & holidays and 1 No engineer visit weekly visit in month for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system providing immediate assistance. The technician/operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and also as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc as required.
