| 1 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note : Extra cement upto 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. |

| 12 | Providing, Supplying and fixing at site Factory made FUJI / Equivalent Precast L‐ shape Earth Retaining Median size of Height H‐1000 mm & Product should be confirming to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) & meeting IS requirements, Made by using advanced precast technology having High Performance Self Compacting Concrete of M‐ 40 cylinder strength/M‐50 cube strength, using Fe 500D reinforcement bar. The product should have flange coupling jointing arrangements at appropriate location for jointing two products. The Precast earth retaining wall product should have special in ‐ build studs provisions at appropriate location for safer & Fast mechanical installation including supply, transportation ,installation on specific location at site in line ,level , gradient .All complete as per drawing, design given by consultant and approved by Engineer‐in‐ Charge. |
| 13 | Providing and laying vibro compacted cement concrete paver blocks of M-50 grade concrete having 80 mm thickness made up in fully automated plant with steel moulds resulted in precise dimensions with compaction @ 3200 psi i/c minimum water cement ratio content (1:3) with waterless curing by Rotho curing system to the required level and line laid over a bed of 20mm average thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (color & pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-charge). |
