Providing of Ceiling mounted Cassette/ Floor mounted vertical Split type AC machine (Condenser & evaporator coil pipe should be made of copper) of approved make (Minimum 3 star with applicabls ISEER accordlng to current industry standard) and technical specification with hermetically sealed compressor operating on non CFC refrigerant, pipe as supplied with AC machine, necessary plug top for IDU (With 01 year overall machine and compressor ,PCB warranty) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS 1391(Part-II) specification (Except power consumption suitable for operation on 420 volt, 50 Hz, Three phase AC supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air circulating d) Filtering having rated cooling capacity.

3.65 TR floor mounted vertical Split type AC machine (Minimum rated cooling capacity should not be lsss than 10950 Kcl/hr ) or 43800 BThu/h or 12775 watt).

Standard installation, testing and commissioning of 3.65 TR floor mounted vertical Split type AC machine including hole cutting, finishing etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication of M.S platform of appropriate size, base plate, nuts and bolts/ universal bracket (GSS) for both IDU and ODU of 3.65 TR floor mounted vertical Split type ACs including all accessories for onsite installation i/c painting, fitting, fixing, grouting by cement mixture as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation of additional length of copper pipe of appropriate size of (5/8\\" ( 15.88 mm) , 1/4 (6.35 mm ) 3/8” (9.53 mm) and 3/4”(19.05 mm) or nearest dia. as per manufacturer design for for both suction and liquid line with insulation and necessary wiring between indoor and outdoor units for 3.65 TR floor mounting vertical Split type ACs.

Providing hard uPVC pipe of best quality of 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Installation Grilles/ Diffusers for indoor unit of AC with hinged door complete as direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Supply and installation of hard drawn cage for each outdoor AC unit, fabricated from MS flats/angles with anti-corrosive primer and powder coating, including anchoring to floor/wall, provision for airflow and maintenance access as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
