Supply of R.S. (RUMBLE STRIP) of size 1000 x 125 X22 mm when flat made of High quality Polymer to be installed on the road. These Rumble Strips shall be fixed on Road with Epoxy/nails on the road as per IRC-SP-55. The product shall be fixed using Epoxy/Bitumenous adhesive as per recommendation of Enhineer Incharge. Supply of RRARPRM (Replaceable Reflector Aluminium Body Raised Pavement Reflective Marker) shall be made of Aluminium Alloy body of size of 100 x100x60mm including 35mm long Shank of 20mm dia with dual side Polycarbonate Lens. The Polycarbonate Prismatic Reflector lens in White/Yellow/Red colour of Each Replaceable Reflector Aluminium Body Raised Pavement Reflective Marker (RRARPRM)will be electronically welded with ABS support system. The lens area of Polycarbonate Prismatic Reflector will be minimum 20 sq. cm on both single/sides for maximum reflection. The Polycarbonate Reflective prism lenses should be coated with UV abrasion resistant coating with minimum Pencil hardness of 3H as per A.S.T.M.-D-3363. The compressive strength should be minimum 60 Ton and Flexural Strength should be minimum 1.0 Ton. It should be tested from a reputed laboratory for all the three testing standards namely A.S.T.M.-D-3363, ASTM-D-4280, EN-1463 and MORT&H. The placement of RPM @1m-3M on each lane carriage way shall be as IRC-35-2015. The product shall have 2 year minimum warranty as per MORTH Clause 804.
