| 4 | Manufacturing ,supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary sign boards consisting of 600 mm Dia sign boards and definition plate of Size 600x230mm made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet,rivted with 25x25x3mm angle iron frame, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other color combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and welding the same with 3660mm high vertical post of M.S. angles of size 50x50x5 mm welded with hold fast of same size 225 mm long at the bottom end to be embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 300 x 300 x 450mm. The plate is to be processed by stove enamel paint of approved brand and painting white and black color alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical post and steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat, complete in all respects and to be entire specification of Engineer—in charge |

| 6 | Providing and fixing of Raised Pavement markers (Cat eyes) of make 3m series/ Avery Denninson 80/C-80 confirmaing to SDTM D4280 type H with micro prismatic lens and both sides with 13 Sq cum retro-reflective surface area in each lens, having two no. 3cm shanks and fixing the same with suitable epoxy after cutting the road surface for embebbing shanks complete in all respects and to the entire saticfaction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing of Speed imit board of Size 1620 x 920mm made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet fabricated with fram of M.S. rectangular pipe of 75 x 40 mm of 3mm thick having three numbers pipe In horizontal and two pipes in vertical position. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with aluminum alloy sheet rivets at suitable intervals on both sides of frame. The front side of board shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) and printed overlay to be fixed on reflective sheet. The support frame of M.S. rectangular pipe 75 x 40mm having 2100mm clear hight from ground to the bottom of board and 600mm in ground to be emebedded in C.C. 1:2:4 including painting of two or more coats of epoxy paint including priming coat and preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satishfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |

The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision).
