| 33 | (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately. |

| 35 | Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate complete all as specified and directed at siteNote:- (i) Additional stone aggregate required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.(ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass. (iv)The rates shall be deemed to includes clean the cost of removing two time the grass,weeds,debris,excess soil etc to a distance not less than 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.. |
| 36 | Material & Labour for repairs to transformer at locations where installed after removing nuts and bolts of transformers of capacity 100 to 750 KVA and taking out the leaked portion such as bushes, joints and replace the gaskets after cleaning the suface and refixing the nuts & bolts and ensure no leakage all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted unit rate shall be included making necessary arragements to remove the oil in the conservator/ up to the level of the portion to be opened in safe drums and refilling after the repair works. (ii) The tranformer repair works shall be carried out only by engaging specialised and experianced technicans. (iii) The oil shall be filterd before refilling if found required. (iv) The charge for filteration will be measured and paid separately rate quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of spares such as cork sheet gasket, nut/bolts and washers. |
| 37 | Material & Labour for Disconnection & Removing the unserviceable aluminium conductor/jumper wires from the HT 4 Pole structure and provided new aluminium overhead conductor jumpers sorrounded by PVC insulation sleeves with R,Y& B color code complete all as directed.Note :(i) All the jumper wires should be replaced with New jumper wires(ii) Type of conductor used for jumper should be RABBIT.(iii) Cost deemed to be include for all the misc work such as nut,bolts, washers, welding etc. for satisfactory completion of job .(iv) Min clearance should be maintained among the conductors as per the Electricity Regulations.(v) Zero percent Sag should be maintained for each jumper wire to avoid short circuits |
| 38 | Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) of capacity 400 to 800 Amps, 11 KV 250 to 450 MVA and strip opening the HT panel of rating 11 KV, 3 phase comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling total unit :-(a) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc. (b) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly. (c) Dismantling the complete instrument chamber/ HV cable box/LV cable box. Decarbonising/ cleaning the complete HT 11 KV 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel and inspecting the bus bar insulators.(d) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and cicuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. |
